Aerobic is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic movements of different parts of body along with stretching and strengthening routines.

At PHYSIOVEDIC we have a specially designed aerobic studio with floor covered with aerobic mats, and surrounded with various props like ropes, steppers, gym balls, chairs, kettle bells which will make the exercise more lively and fun!!

Along with aerobic, ZUMBA training, TRX belts training, core muscle strengthening that is PILATES is given based on individual requirements !!

As Gujaratis are very fond of Garba at any time of the year so we have a special choreography called GARBA AEROBIC – The hallmark of PHYSIOVEDIC Aerobic studio.

Exercise is an integral part of training for kids so we have CHILDREN AEROBIC sessions also.

We are the one all over India who trains the students for Aerobic and it’s components under the name of IAFT.

Prior to joining of aerobic your body is fully scanned by our doctor for whether he/she is eligible for the training or not as not all clients are suitable directly for th training. after Scanning if the client is diagnosed with any condition aerobic session is specially choreographed for them.

We provide individual training, couple training on special demand !!
